NO REFUNDS on digital products of any kind. Due to the nature of this electronic product and the fact that it cannot be “returned”, we do not offer refunds on digital products.

Physical products can be EXCHANGED only, at cost of the purchaser, within 10 days of delivery of product if the product is damaged upon delivery. Purchasers must notify The Craft Room via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery of the damage or malfunctioning product. Once received by The Craft Room, another item will be shipped to purchaser within 24-72 hours.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your physical order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or digital products.
