This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and exchanges may be granted for the products and services offered by Craftpreneur Society LLC, including digital products, physical products, memberships, courses, and one-on-one coaching services.
No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds are not offered. Digital products cannot be returned once purchased.

Exchanges Only
Physical products may be exchanged within 10 days of delivery if damaged or defective. Exchanges are made at the purchaser's expense, and the following conditions apply:
- Once the product is received, a replacement will be shipped within 24-72 hours, depending on production time and/or availability of the product.

Lifetime Access Definition
Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the product or service offered, not the buyer’s lifetime. Craftpreneur Society LLC reserves the right to discontinue or retire products, services, or platforms at its sole discretion.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available within a 48-hour window after purchase if no login or access to the membership platform has occurred. After this window, refunds are not offered.

All course sales are final, and refunds are not offered due to the immediate access provided to course materials upon purchase.
Cancellation and Refunds
Coaching session fees are refundable up to 24 hours after booking
Rescheduling and cancellations can be completed using the links provided in the confirmation email.
Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled session.
Missed sessions or cancellations made within less than 48 hours will not be refunded or rescheduled.
