This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and exchanges may be granted for the products and services offered by Craftpreneur Society LLC, including digital products, physical products, memberships, courses, and one-on-one coaching services.

1. Digital Products

No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds are not offered. Digital products cannot be returned once purchased.

Issue Resolution

If you encounter an issue with your digital product, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and we will work to resolve your issue promptly.

2. Physical Products

Exchanges Only

Physical products may be exchanged within 10 days of delivery if damaged or defective. Exchanges are made at the purchaser's expense, and the following conditions apply:

- Notify us via email at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery to report the issue.T

- The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

- Include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

- Once the product is received, a replacement will be shipped within 24-72 hours, depending on production time and/or availability of the product.

3. Membership and Subscription Services

Monthly Subscriptions

Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.

Yearly Subscriptions

Refunds are available within a 48-hour window after purchase if no login or access to the membership platform has occurred. After this window, refunds are not offered unless exceptional circumstances apply, and requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations

- Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time but will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

- Yearly subscriptions may be canceled but are non-refundable once the cancellation window has passed.

4. Lifetime Access

Lifetime Access Definition

Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the product or service offered, not the buyer’s lifetime. Craftpreneur Society LLC reserves the right to discontinue or retire products, services, or platforms at its sole discretion.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available within a 48-hour window after purchase if no login or access to the membership platform has occurred. After this window, refunds are not offered.

5. Courses

No Refunds

All course sales are final, and refunds are not offered due to the immediate access provided to course materials upon purchase.

6. One-on-One Coaching Services

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Coaching session fees are refundable up to 24 hours after booking

  • Rescheduling and cancellations can be completed using the links provided in the confirmation email.

  • Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled session.

  • Missed sessions or cancellations made within less than 48 hours will not be refunded or rescheduled.

7. EU-Specific Policies

In compliance with EU consumer protection laws, customers residing in the EU are entitled to:

  • A 48-hour withdrawal period for digital products, memberships, and subscriptions, provided no login or access to materials has occurred.

  • Refunds will not be granted once access has been made to the product, service, or membership platform.
